Sharon Osbourne

Show biz personality Sharon Osbourne has her own philosophy on life and she is sticking to it. She is also Ozzy’s guiding light. She met him in his Black Sabbath days, when her dad Don Arden managed him; with, it was said, rather dictatorial ways. When Ozzy was sacked from Black Sabbath, Sharon decided she would take him under her wing, and became his agent. They married in Hawaii on 4th July 1972. Sharon is born under the sign of Libra so one could imagine “harmony” would be her second name, and to some extent it is, until that Gemini Moon kicks in and all hell is let loose. Initially Sharon and Ozzy beat each other black and blue, teeth were knocked out a bottle of scotch was launched at Ozzy’s head, and Ozzy was arrested for attempted murder in Moscow when he tried to strangle Sharon in a drug fueled stupor. But the attraction was too strong to walk away from and Sharon promoted her Ozzy until he became one of the most popular heavy metal bands on this planet.
In the nineties Sharon pulled the Ozzfest festival out of the ethers, and it was to become one the most popular rock festivals that would continue to hit the high spot for ten years. Sharon was brought up in a violent atmosphere. Her father Don Arden was almost surreally cruel to her. He was aggrieved at her for managing Ozzy, and set dogs on her when she visited him. She lost the baby she was carrying at the time. Sharon refused to see her dad for years, yet she still paid for his care in the last years of his life. Sharon’s soul is always aflame with indescribable sentiment, yet a strong and resistant core pulls her through the worst of life, and it has to be said she has virtually seen it all. It would only be logical that she and Ozzie set each other off like fireworks, but with Sharon’s Venus in Scorpio when it is right between them, they not only hit the light fantastic, they literally touch the stars. In fact Sharon’s Venus placement would make her one of the few people on this planet that could live a blissfully happy married life with Ozzy, known for his rather eccentric domestic habits!
She is unconquerable, the kind of lass that could stand up to an earthquake, a forest fire, a tidal wave and an illness like cancer and come out virtually unscathed! In fact, Sharon has become a cult figure after fighting a bout with cancer; she battled with it in front of MTV cameras in her usual documentary style. In fact, during her onslaught on the disease she picked up award for her show The Osbournes, and attended the Creative Arts Emmys in Los Angeles, receiving the best TV reality show award. In the meantime, back home Ozzy fell to pieces with anxiety over her disease, and their son Jack attempted suicide as a result of chronic depression. She kept going, and survived triumphant and tougher than usual ready to hit the big time, her son and husband resiliently by her side! Her managerial genius goes unquestioned, and is part and parcel of the success of the Osbournes, a live broadcast of their screwball family life.
It was the show that relaunched Ozzy as a cult figure, and with their acting out kids and twelve rather messy dogs in the limelight, it proved to be magic. It was obviously another arrow to Sharon’s bow, and has earned her an estimated £11.5 million. She has since been appearing on X Factor, America’s Got Talent, Rock of Love Charm School and The Osbournes Reloaded. Unlike most people, this woman does not possess a fear bone in her body; timidity is not her second name. She is almost extraterrestrial in her sturdiness and feet on the ground attitude. After having extensive plastic surgery, she once quipped “Anyone who says their face lift doesn’t hurt is a liar, I feel like I have spent the night with an axe murderer!” Like Ozzy she is an oddity, someone who does not fit into the proverbial box, yet manages to fascinate us all with her fiery, quirky take on life, marriage and existence. She is a stalwart soul, who exudes matriarchal chapazz.
Her kids and Ozzy adore her for she is a mum with the most, a mum on the warpath, a true soldier when it comes to dealing with the challenges of family life. Her vibrant Mars in Sagittarius will force her to tell it how it is, and will have encouraged her outbursts on X Factor when she railed against Chris Tarrant. Her reactions are always excessive when Ozzy or her kids are criticised. She has been known to send boxes of excrement to those who verbally denigrate her family. Her energy is explosive, in the good and in the bad, sometimes disproportionate. She cannot strap that part of her down, give it a cup of chamomile tea and say “have a nap”. There is nothing moderate about Sharon. Yet Ozzy should turn to Mr. Jupiter every day, and say “Thank God you are here Mr. Jupiter, and thank the Lord you are in Taurus”, because that aspect helps Sharon create a luxurious lifestyle and millions in the bank with her more than astute business sense. In fact her grounded know-how consistently maintains the Osbournes in the style they are accustomed to. She is a genius with the purse strings, and has an in-bred capacity to recognise a good deal when she sees it.
If it were for Ozzy, whose creative genius wanders around in the nether regions, they would now be down the Job Centre. In the old days when she was fighting for Ozzy, making sure he got the good gigs, she was a Boadicea lookalike, leading the troop’s forwards into battle. But that Mercury in Libra still belies a soft and gentle side, that her husband and kids know so very well, a part of her that wants to keep the peace, make things right, understand, forgive and forget, she is in fact a “Menisci”, Yiddish for great person, whose fiery character has enabled her to act “Super Woman” and stand up to all the odds flung in her face, including her violent childhood and sometimes difficult marriage to Ozzy Her Karmic lesson is that of the peace maker, the woman who holds the key to creating harmony, if she so chooses. Her North node will encourage her to forgive, and let bygones be bygones! These next couple of years will see her even more in the public eye expressing emotions out there for all to see, probably due to her new show. She will realise that all her efforts to build a rock solid future for her kids and a space for Ozzy’s talents will not have fallen on arid ground. She will continue on, fighting any odds, and standing by her guns. We cheer you on Sharon.
Roman Abramovich

Well, Libran Roman Abramovich looks like your average bloke sipping his beer down at the local, except for the fact he is a Russian multi millionaire, and is considered by many to be the 15th richest man in the world! Blame it on his Saturn in Pisces, good old Mr. Saturn, would have made sure our hero wised up at an early age and realise that life can be suffering and that to rise above poverty and financial insecurity one would have cling to some faith, or stand tall financially. The phrase “self made man” would be an understatement as far as he is concerned. Roman, of Jewish origin, is known to contribute much of his money to Israel, and Jewish communities around the world. His achievements are all the more noteworthy because his beginnings were challenging.
He lost his mother at 18 months, and when he was four his father was killed in work fatality. He was brought up by his uncle and a doting granny. As a young man, he enrolled in the Russian army and moved on and up to take advantage of Gorbachov’s reforms in the eighties. The result? Our friend was soon walking an entrepreneurial path to success with an extraordinary “Midas Touch”. He is now a billionaire at only forty two years old. Venus in Libra would have helped push him up to the top of the proverbial mountain, making sure he was the kind of guy who could charm the birds off the trees, an asset in a hard, cold business world. But to understand the significance of what Roman has achieved, let us list a few of his successes. He is the manager of Chelsea. Football Club, owner of “Pelorus” one of the most beautiful yachts in the world. He has invested in the Russian football team with his own personal funding. He has spent 310 million euro’s to buy the most expensive villa on this planet, Villa Leopola, once owned by the Fiat Super Star Gianni Agnelli. Where does he get the energy? Well, Mars in Virgo would insist he is a high energy type of dude, his eye always on the next deal, his energy literally bursting out of every pore. He expects the best from himself and others to an almost excessive degree.
He probably picks up languages and accents pretty quick, and can mirror those he is connecting to so rapidly if you do business with him, you might think you have just met a long lost friend! He started out with a 2,000-ruble wedding present from his in-laws when he married his first wife Olga; he then invested in a multitude of black market goods including toothpaste. “I think he enjoyed the thrill of it all,” Olga once declared “When he returned from trips selling the goods, he was flushed with joy.” As Perestroika cleared the way for more of those new opportunities Roman and Olga created a doll making company, which proved to be a big hit. Roman continued to burn his awesome business trail across the firmaments, creating one company after another, and specialising in import export, yet his interests were drawn to the giant Russian petroleum company Sibneft. He bought some actions in it, got involved in varied wheeling’s and dealings, and soon he was on the road to millionaire-hood. He has five children and in 2007 divorced Olga, negotiating with her so he did not have to let go of half of his fortune; he managed to pay her off with 300 million dollars. Roman is the governor of Chukotka, in Russia. He has spent his own money on the area, some say in the region of $1.3 billion; as a result living standards have shot up with decent roads, schools, and hospitals.
Roman was awarded the Order of Honor for “his huge contribution to the economic development of the autonomous district” with a decree signed by the President of Russia. Before the credit crunch he was considered the second richest individual in the United Kingdom, but it is estimated be has lost 3 billion as a result of the crisis! A drop in his ocean of wealth no doubt! So, what makes this man tick we hear you cry? Well you might be surprised to learn that his basic nature is pretty harmonious with a balanced Libra making sure he does not overload his scales. His odd brush with illegalities was swept under the carpet as a result of that benign Libran balancing act, making it easier to resolve accusations of bribery. Mercury in Scorpio would have walked arm in arm with that ever-so-kind Venus, helping him overcome most of life’s obstacles. He can tell a good joke, which is a unique gift to have under your belt with millions of euro’s lying on the table. He fascinates most he comes into contact with in any event, because with the aforementioned astro combinations, his charisma is magic. But one of the underlying themes of this man’s life is his Pluto in Virgo. Virgo would make sure that he is following a kind of calling, as per his dedication to the region of Chukotka, his generous contribution to Russian football, and his aid to Israel and Jewish communities. He knows he has something more to do than make money. Not only astute this man is kind hearted, he knew what suffering was as a child. Emotional losses have marked him, pushed him to seek a far more spiritual perception of life than one would expect from someone so materialistically orientated.
His belief in his Jewish faith and a certainty that someone “upstairs” is guiding and protecting him has helped him strive on. Over the next years, many new doors will open up for Roman, and they will be something to do with helping young entrepreneurs to set up businesses in Israel and Russia. In fact over the next years this man will be contributing much to the world. But also, he will be letting go of that past, a past that helped him touch the stars, yet also created so much suffering within his heart and soul. He will be planning a new family, a new way that will thrill and stimulate him. Of course we can only watch enthralled, as our hero marches on, building, creating, inventing, for this man is a very unusual billionaire, in fact the kind one would meet sipping beer down at the local! Good luck Roman!
Gwyneth Paltrow

Our Gwynnie, a little princess with a lisp could have been one of her toddler interpretations, a cute little sweetie playing shy angel in the Junior Christmas play and then all of a sudden “the transformation” into a chatty adolescent, the kind of damsel who won the heart of the handsomest jock on the block. Gwyneth Paltrow was and is indeed a sheer communicator, airy, on the edge of windy, with sun in Libra and moon in Gemini. One could mistake her for a chatter box, she was a curious teen in any event, especially about girl friends’ love interests and some might have thought she bore a resemblance to a multi coloured butterfly flitting around the campus. Now she lands on the red carpet like a super jet, dazzling in her designer frocks and radiant smile, not a hair out of place, emanating the aura of a brilliant young actress and one of the best performers of our generation. Let us not forget the English “thingie” and how she does that accent - one could say she performs with idealistic perfection; an “out of this world” quality i.e. “Shakespeare in Love” or poles opposite the horror film “Seven” where she played the love interest of her once adored Brad Pitt. She was the sweet, innocent girlfriend in that “screamer” of a movie. Her pale blonde hair, her frank blue eyes, her gentle voice encouraging a particular co star to fall in love with her. But Mercury in Libra makes Ms Paltrow yearn for security away from the Hollywood set these days, the lull of a warm home life, the one she had when she was a little girl when she was doted on by her family and her every move was idolised. She still possesses that Libran need for beauty and harmony, so she continues her quest for consolation, perhaps to process the death of her beloved father. Yet, in her nest egg, away from the stress of keeping up a gorgeous appearance she is in her element in a track suit, perhaps down in her gym working out, yet tuned into her young family’s needs, they are her strength, her true inspiration. Neptune in Sagittarius pushes her forwards on a mission nonetheless, a mission of communication not only through stunning film performances, but art, fashion and music. Her marriage to Chris Martin has given her a vibrant structure to move around in. With him, she lives in a hub of activities, world music, philosophic musings, a buzz of friends and creatives coming and going. He is her soul mate of course. He symbolises her Uranus in Libra, which could make her confused about what she wants from that relationship at times. They both seek innovation, to understand the dynamics of emotions, to analyse them, to exchange new ideas, to bring conflictual issues to another level. She is interested in all types of alternative communications, non verbal, fashion, music, spiritual, not only her art. Jupiter in Capricorn makes Gwyneth stand out on the show biz scene. She combines an ethereal look, with pluck and thespian know how and she is an inspirational presence at any event. Her beauty grounds her, her gifts define her, she stands alone on the red carpet, emanating light, her Venus in Leo giving her that regal bearing, that queenly stance. She becomes exciting, stimulating, a true blue actress in our “grey” moments, when her full presence, her moving performance are so important to us. To her, she is still that Californian girl, a simple soul with a complex gift, to us that gift she has is the enchantment of an unforgettable performance. Even when she won the Oscar, so young, so emotionally, we cheered her on, we forgave her excessive tears, because no matter her contradictons, or inner turmoil, she is afterall, one of the girls! This year could be challenging for her, there could be some sort of project regarding a movie that tests her metal. She might feel let down by people she trusted but there is a sense that whatever happens she will manage to come through it stronger than ever, more mature in her lifes perspective and determined to find the right vehicle for her gifts. A new phase awaits her performances and it will be a deeper, profound phase. One that she is less commtted to in a way, but one in which she can expand her art. Good luck Gwyneth!
Simon Cowell

Okay, folks lock up over sensitive daughters, or at least stop them from participating in any talent shows when Mr. Simon Cowell is in town. This is a guy known for his drastic feedback, the kind that has contestants squirming. He was born on the 7 October 1959, the number seven making him an old soul, a wise kind of guy who is unafraid to say his piece. His origins were not that unusual, other than the fact his mother was a ballet dancer, which could have added an interesting show biz gene to his persona. He did not particularly excel at school, and it was his father who got him a job in the mailroom of EMI. Simon worked his way up through the ranks, his comments rattling cages even then! He did well in music publishing and the recording industry slowly making his mark. But as we know, he really hit the big time as a judge on Pop Idol in the UK, and American Idol in the USA. Few escaped those scathing wise cracks. Yet the strange fact is that this man still shines.
Moon in Saggy is responsible for all that polish, even though he is certainly not “movie star” handsome. Nonetheless, there is something mysteriously charismatic about the fellow. No matter our protestations, we like to watch Mr. Cowell being ruthlessly honest, his Libran scales tipping scarily as he tells it “how it is”. Yet would it surprise you to learn that this man is Mr. Sensitive behind the scenes? ”Nah” we hear you cry, “that guy sensitive, pull the other one!” He seems so hard hearted, but be aware his concern for the young is sincere. He is involved in children’s hospices and visits sick children whenever he has time. There is a humane bloke hiding behind the “ogre” mask, the kind whose life is centered on friends and family whom he prefers perfectly attired without a hair out of place. Who cares if his American audience boos him before he even opens his mouth! Who cares if he sends us into paroxysm of irritation? No matter how mean he appears, in his book it is for one reason only, he dislikes a bad performance. He just cannot do “noisy” or “jangling” it has him longing for a spa holiday! A lousy act goes against his Libran addiction to harmony and well turned out folks.
Dreadlocks, tattoos, or an appalling sense of style are not for him. Be aware, Simon is willing to give his all yet when things get super stressed, he will speed off to some isolated beach, and scowl at anyone asking him for an autograph. He loves to travel his Jupiter in Sagittarius appreciates the exotic, the larger than life. But it is his north node in Libra that makes things somewhat difficult. He needs to learn to pace his competitive nature, to step back from a pushy approach. As kind hearted as he is his mind set can be a challenge. He does hurt feelings, because he has a hard time identifying with his own. Sometimes he lets a seemingly hard-bitten standpoint eclipse more loving ways, and this makes him appear hostile and unkind. His break up with his long-term girlfriend Terri Seymour could have been caused by his incapacity to identify with her distress at his perceived betrayal, he just could not see her point of view.
He is inclined to turn in on himself in moments of emotional crisis, wanting to spend time alone. In fact as he judges others, he is prone to judge himself. His life lesson is to reach out, and build bridges. Deep down, he is a sensitive guy, not that hard-bitten critic we all know and love. Yet his positively placed sun sign will always come to his rescue, and give him a nose for a great new business deal, a capacity to suss out any situation and make it work for him. He has a highly developed mind, and uses logic to his advantage. As long as he cottons on that it is best not to get stuck into hardhearted obstinacy when it comes to “lurve”, keeping his soul free of resentment, he will do better emotionally.
He needs to confront his need for fulfillment, and 2009 shows up as a year he could do just that. A relationship will become very important to him. He might want to go deeper, commit totally. Simon Cowell is maturing perhaps remembering he is indeed a very old soul, a soul that has incarnated on planet earth so many times it is not that difficult to “cut to the chase!” and life his life up to a new and even more inspiring level. Good luck Simon, you are earmarked to grow in stature, whether you like it or not!
Anne Robinson

Hard to imagine that Queen of Mean, “You are the weakest link, goodbye” Anne Robinson looked like a pin up in her youth, with well-distributed curves, lovely skin; smiling eyes, flame red hair. She was a war baby, born on 26 September 1944 certainly no shy pussycat but a rather baseline Libran pessimist, yes they can be when those scales start to tip. These days she has built her fame on a stroppy personality and an inclination to express. Dogmatic opinions. She is a doll like 5 foot 1 inch tall, but has a larger than life persona that excels on her international hit “The Weakest Link”. Jupiter in Virgo would have made her life an archetypal success story; she has literally skills and a gift of self-expression just right for the journalistic field. She was the classic junior reporter who fell in love with the boss, subsequently married the boss, and to cap it got the scoop, e.g. the Brian Epstein story, just shortly after he committed suicide. She picked up a relative of Mr Epstein’s who had just missed a taxi at Euston station.
Another scoop of hers was spotting that Diana Princess of Wales suffered from an eating disorder. Would you be surprised to know that Anne seeks romantic love, and will have swept both her husbands off their feet with her charms, her quick repartee, and base line loving? Certainly she will have also disconcerted them with some emotional shut downs and chronic self-absorption, due to unresolved childhood issues. She is of basic Irish stock; her dad was a teacher, her mum a businesswoman, so no apparent conflict there. But notwithstanding all her success, it is evident Ann suffers from severe stress. Saturn in Cancer will prod her into self-doubt, extreme sensitivity and lack of confidence. She admits a drinking problem, has been banned from driving for speeding, has had relationship problems, culminating in a difficult divorce, and wrote disparagingly about herself as an alcoholic mum in “Memoirs of an unfit mother!” She has also been at loggerheads with show biz folks such as Ben Elton, and believe it or not “the Welsh people!!” who she panned and later apologised to.
It seems she likes controversy, or at least finds it impossible to stand back from. Blame it all on heavy handed Prof Saturn, who is trying to teach her how to curb self excess. Anne feels consistently held back, misunderstood and undervalued, notwithstanding her obvious achievements. She is indeed simmering with self-blame, inclined to project her inner perceptions onto life; so being the powerful woman she is, the chaos manifests in the form of controversy, and subsequent guilt. Mercury in Virgo will make her an intellectual, a woman with a fine brain, who uses it to take care of her money, in 2006 the Sunday Times named her as one of the UK ’s richest ladies worth some £60 million in her vaults. But we will let you into a secret, Anne Robinson is really a “chip off the old block”, an incredibly nice woman, someone who yearns for the warmth of human fellowship, and regrets not having as much of it in her life as she would like.
Her Mars in Libra will make her yearn for balance and harmony in all her relationships, and even present a more polished way of being in the world. And notwithstanding all the controversy buzzing around her she will manage to distinguish herself in this direction eventually. Yes, her Libran scales are slightly skew whiff, but with a little push she can get them back into harmony. Since we have all cottoned on her mean persona in The Weakest Link is “just for the ratings” we sense that her latter years will be full of humor, self awareness, and happiness, and rather than the “weakest link” her life will become “the strongest link!” Her true lesson is to learn to love others, yes, to put them before herself, and once she can do that she will feel fulfilled.
She will acknowledge that she has adored her daughter like every loving mother, and notwithstanding her “imperfections” Anne will learn her capacity to love others is greater than her capacity to dislike herself. She is profoundly kind, generous, and one who understands suffering donating to charity behind closed doors. She needs to look after her well-being, perhaps get some alternative health therapy like hands on healing.
Over the next few years she will heighten her view of life into a less personal one. Yet she is a special soul who is being prodded by Mr. Saturn and Mrs. Venus to love herself before she can let all her gifts let rip. This year she could plan or write another book. She will be transforming her perceptions and making an effort to help others even more. She will find new streams of creativity and use them for creative outlets. Anne is fundamentally a distinguished, gracious lady, the only person who needs to recognise that fact is Anne Robinson herself. God bless you Anne!
Kate Winslett

Kate Winslett, could it be said that this gutsy thespian beauty was born with a Silver spoon in her mouth? Certainly nobody would have thought she was destined for Hollywood greatness when she was a rather bulky London schoolgirl, with a mean sense of humour. But Kate’s Libran Sun Sign not only makes her an incredibly nice person with an astonishing gift, it makes her a woman who seeks both justice for her characters and balance in every day life.
An intuitive moon in Libra adds to her highly sensitive portrayals, yet Kate is tough, she would virtually walk to the end of the earth to comprehend her character’s point of view. She makes it her job to understand the “down trodden housewife”, the “spiritual girl seeking enlightenment”, the “teenage matricide”etc. Hard driven talent is her life’s mission. Family genes help, her dad was an actor, but certainly the Divine smiles down on her too. She will always have break after lucky break, win prize after splendid prize, be nominated for her superb performances, Oscar included, is our prediction! She will never, ever wait for the phone to ring. She will continue to be sought out by every sentient director in Hollywood, for she strikes deep into a role. Who could forget that heart-wrenching scene in Titanic? Even if she was floating in a tank, pretending to mourn frozen Leonardo di Caprio, her performance struck a cord with every audience from New York to New Delhi? Traumatic interpretations do not wobble her inner harmony.
Her sun and moon placements justify her capacity to balance out the intense emotionality she interprets on set, this is due to a grounded family background and happy marriage. Peace on the domestic scene gives her the space to go deep into a character and at the end of the day crack a joke. Her marriage to the gifted and sensitive director Sam Mendes is a perfect match. They are active parents, she is a doting mum (she would never leave her children for more than a week) she once confessed. The fact is she shares Sam’s need to define the human condition. She has now become his muse, able to mime his inner world, and bring it to life on screen. So, she is more than “Our Kate” the easy going, rather plump girl next door. She is a refined actress who seeks performance perfection when faced with the most arduous roles. A pristine interpretation is her point of focus, resulting in deeply moving portrayals. She gazes into the hearts of her characters.
Her recent roles have been hard-core drama, but Kate revels in them and does not flinch from a challenge. Personally Kate has to know about everyone of her friends, where they are, if they are safe and what they are doing. She will do anything to help a mate. She abhors injustice whether it be personal or global. Her vibrant Mercury makes her an excellent communicator, someone who can smooth over troubled waters and unite opposing forces.
2009 shows Kate making a wish and it coming true. She might lose an interesting role to gain a better one. A future Oscar will be within reach and the career influences continue to be brilliant. Kate’s greatest gift is her capacity to stand in her size 11 shoes and take her life on the chin, no matter what the challenge. She will never lose that British flair of “playing down her talents”, and joking about her gifts, her weight and her beauty. She is a great lass and even the hard taskmaster Saturn hovering around her in May will be kind, encouraging her to cut back on work, take a trip and assist a beloved friend who has hit on hard times. Kate is our heroine because she is such a wholesome gal. A lady who likes to eat, likes to love, and likes to interpret her roles to her utmost capacity and with dedicated flair. She is not a Hollywood princess, she is a real person, and someone we can all identify with. And this is her real gift!
Will Smith

That show biz phenomenon, and star of “Men in Black”, Will Smith, was born in the 25th September 1968. He should be a peaceful, balanced and harmonious Libran, but 1968 was the year the student movement and “flower power” were in full swing and barricades went up in the streets of Paris! Add to that fact that it takes approximately 25 days for the sun to do a complete rotation on itself; we need not be surprised Will Smith is prone to the extreme. He is funny, unabashedly boastful, buzzing at a high octave 95 percent of the time, a lower 5 percent in bed when he is fast asleep, Will Smith’s highly entertaining star quality blows our minds. He has never been, and will ever be anybody’s fool. He has all his marbles, and more, in the forefront of his brain. His capacity to express what the audience expects is uncanny. But surprise, surprise, a soft Cancerian influence makes him a sucker for family life. He just adores his wife Jada Pinkett, idolises his kids and would thump around this planet like a lost soul without their encouragement and presence in his multifaceted existence.
Will is like the thud, thud, thud of a base guitar, the screeching of a fork across a plate, a joking dude, a perceptive intellectual, his personas are so many, some days he might forget who he is, our joke of course! We remain stunned by his capacity to be carefree and artful in his interpretations. Independence Day hit nine on the Richter scale due to his presence alone. Unsurprisingly Will totally ignores his Saturn in Aries, remember Mr. Saturn is the planet of limitations and lesson learning and our Will rocks! The Aries element pushes Will to breaking point as he smashes through boundaries. Nothing, and we repeat absolutely nothing, will stop him from overcoming whatever, whoever, and why ever, life stands in his way. He holds up his finger at his own inner fears and just gets on with it. But please don’t muck up the finer details; because Will possesses an almost fanatical need for excellence, everything has to be in the right place at the right time! Any suggestion of lost keys will send him into a frenzy. He is not too adroit at being tactful either, he will dress down anybody’s bad form and is liable to put his foot in it, which does not endear him to the more fragile contingent even though he holds much attention and respect.
Mr. Smith is a hard worker, Jupiter in Virgo makes him a detail fanatic, and helps him play with words hence his authorship of a children’s book, “Just the Two of Us.” Super-responsive to his environment, Will wants things sparkling. He hates hairs in the sink and likes the word “spotless”. Yet, he can talk so fast when he is nagging, rapping or chatting; your brain might find it hard to collate his words with your ears. Couple this with a peacemaker’s Mercury in Libra, and one can see why Will is an individual who can fascinate the hardest critic, be super kind to his multiple array of loving friends and make up rather than break up. He will help you out when and where he can, if he cares enough.
Hitting forty has been symbolic to Will. He might go through the nearest thing to an “existential crisis” he is capable of. There will be some significant changes in his personal life and his way of relating to those he cares for. He could perceive a loss, perhaps of a friend or someone who he is used to having around. This will push him deep within, enable him to touch those areas he usually avoids facing due to his “hyper activity” and “buzzy” ways. He will become in short more self-aware, his histrionic genius will deepen with more insight. He will certainly grow even more as a performer over the next couple of years and significant life challenges will mature him as an artist and a man. He will always glitter on screen, and we will always await a new way of connecting to us, as a performer. Mr. Will Smith is a generous, ample soul, with a sizeable aura and a brilliant way of communicating. What would life be like without him?
Julie Andrews

Who was it that said those hills are more than alive with the “Sound of Music” when Julie is around? Perhaps someone in the depths of depression, someone who plays back a DVD of the “Sound of Music” every day to cheer themselves up.
Julie, winner of an Academy Award, a Golden Globe, an Emmy, a Bafta and more, still maintains vestiges of that child genius whose voice could freakishly explode into a ear splitting high “C” breaking a champagne glass and many a heart. We still love Julie.
We adored her as the archetypal British Nanny with a magical bent in Mary Poppins. Worshipped her as the irrepressible cockney Eliza Doolittle in My Fair Lady, sided with her as the beautiful Queen Guinevere in stage version of Camelot. We would identify with the purity of “the good old days” in her smile. She reminded us of what we yearned for; you know decency, kindness and romance. Born under the sign of Libra Julie hates to be thought of as wholesome but who could possibly see her in any other way. She is pure mythology, a nightingale that enchants one to 90 year olds and makes us all believe in our dreams of true love. But what is she truly made of? Pure Surrey genes for a start, her parents were Vaudeville performers and she toured with them. Her talent was obviously genetic, but the angels gave her many other gifts too, including something intangible she herself does not understand. A capacity to stand up to manipulating relatives and a rather drab, hard working childhood perhaps?
She found singing a pain as a child, and did not accept her destiny as easily as one would think. She wanted to get her dress dirty and play catch with her friends. She stamped her little foot quite rightly now and then; being famous was far too stressful for a twelve year old. But hang on a minute, Julie is Libran with a moon in Scorpio, so would you be surprised to learn that she can crack a joke, with a certain amount of raucous hilarity? That she might concentrate on the darker elements of life, and get rather depressed by them? That it would be all she could do to rise in the morning when she gets into one of those moods? That she might like to burn the midnight oil not just staring at the moon but chatting, sorry arguing about politics, the state of the world, anything? She will always win discussions, her perceptions are acute, in-depth, she will take no nonsense, no hypocrisy and no cover-ups. She wants to tell, feel and see it “how it is!” The truth is essential to her happiness; she will never resemble Maria in the Sound of Music. She would not hang out for one minute with the rather chauvinistic Colonel Von Trapp. She is a far more complex individual than her roles on stage and screen make us believe.
With Venus in Virgo, Julie enjoys married life, is a pal, a great “backer upper” but for God’s sake do not squeeze your toothpaste from the middle of the tube, or leave hairs in the sink, it will send Julie up the wall and down it. She likes her partner to be together, well turned out, like she is, able to control emotions and utilise God given gifts to the utmost like husband Blake Edwards, the famous director who produced the Pink Panther series and Hollywood Party starring Peter Sellers. Julie’s Jupiter in Scorpio would have made her want to break away from those “nice” roles in the eighties, move on from that “goody goody” persona. She got involved with a couple of film projects directed by hubby Blake, such as S.O.B or Victor Victoria, where she worked hard at her role as a bisexual. But they never really took off. None of us could take Julie as a character more true to who she really was, a profound woman, who wonders about the meaning of life that still has edges to her, and “nice” is not one of them. Who is far more in tune with the more mysterious side of human nature than we could ever imagine.
Never mind, Julie is tough. She can stand her public’s disapproval, she will always soldier on. She underwent throat surgery not long ago, but being the trooper she is, she still managed to host a television show in 2008. Saturn in Pisces will see to it that she stands up to fears for the well being of her family and friends. She will donate sizeable amounts of her money to charity and roll up her sleeves in a minute to help virtually anyone she cares about, out. Julie is a solid soul, steady, notwithstanding her traumatic childhood. She will work so hard people might tell her to stop. But she will continue to make things happen.
This year she will find another purpose and it has to do with love. A more cosmic type of love, but love all the same. Fateful events will make her turn an intriguing corner and lift her life into something far more beautiful and significant than she could imagine, and it will have nothing to do with show biz, it will have Julie and her soul. God bless her! .

Holding one’s side, with tears of sidesplitting mirth streaming down one’s cheeks is not an unusual reaction to Dawn French when she is in full swing! She virtually “rattles and rolls” with comical brilliance, sometimes with Jennifer Saunders, sometimes without. Those hilarious take-offs are unforgettable, the one of the The Corrs could be defined as a particularly amusing spoof, especially when she did all three sisters at the same time.
The fact that Dawn is a “one off” British Treasure goes without saying. A cross between Hatty Jacques that wonderful 50′s comedienne and Dame Fanny Craddock the first BBC celebrity cook. Dawn can be practically anyone she wants. She observes the human condition with a sharp eye, aware of our foibles She can be totally “spot on” about the madness of our worst antics, and she moves us to tears of hysteria as a result. It is rare she seriously rattles anyone’s cage.
Diplomacy is a Libran gift and Dawn has it even when she is excessive in her riotous “take offs”. The show biz establishment adores her as she ribs them to the hilt. Her spoofs are so uproarious, folk actually enjoy laughing at themselves. The only time she could have miffed a few people was when she and Jennifer declined the Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) for services rendered to comedy drama. So what is it that makes Dawn tick? Well as we inferred, she is a jolly Libran born on the 11th October 1957. She can be rather conservative, in that charming Libran way, and could nurture a sneaky respect for the “sacred cows” of the very establishment she pokes fun at. The facts of human life on this planet attract and repel her.
She balances the madness of existence by seeing everyone’s side to the problem, revelling in an almost genetic sense of the ridiculous. She once said about John Cleese in Fawlty Towers “I laughed so hard with my dad that I actually wet my pants, and then my dad wet his, we were in genuine physical pain with laughing, Lovely!” She likes to push buttons, acting out anyone who takes himself or herself seriously, in a feigned respectful tone. Dawn understands the psyches of those who live totally different lifestyles to hers, she puts herself in their shoes, again Libran wisdom. But she needs to draw her turf clearly and we need to realise that underneath that easy going, “laissez faire” attitude that “don’t rush me please” lies her astute, contradictory perception of reality. She is a kind person even though she would scoff at you if you told her so.
That touch of Leo in her Uranus is enough to give her a certain nobility, a fire sign generosity of spirit, a keen eye for the pasta and an enjoyment of all things “larger than life”. Lenny Henry her partner, is not exactly small, he has a “big” aura to say the least. But she will go off on her own creative tangent when her Muse appears. Uranus in Leo would help her connect to the Higher Mind, channelling original information, sometimes getting confused about where Dawn ends and the “laugh a minute” characterisation begins. Dawn will not hide feelings from anyone. With that Moon in Taurus, her emotions run deep, especially in terms of loyalty and standing by friends and beloved family. She and Lenny Henry are anchors to each other, albeit on occasions when they could get stuck into intellectualising a problem to dust. However Dawn’s Jupiter in Libra will want to change the world with Lenny. She will want to share all the good things of life with their lovely adopted daughter too.
Mercury in Libra will make her attach great significance to her happy marriage and family life. Venus in Sagittarius makes her “Oh such fun to hang out with”, her humour is not just for the general public but for her mates too. She has such “maverick” points of view, such individualist “takes” on life, you could end spluttering over a cup of tea when discussing such things as the future of planet earth. She will underline the absurdities of existence, in fact she would want the daft to inherit the world! Dawn is a communicator “par excellence”, from the early hours to dusk Mercury in Libra will make her want to chat, chat and chat again.
Her intellectual spirit analyses without really getting to the proverbial point but when it comes to the creative process she is direct and synthetic, stimulated by a creative Venus. This year, she will rush ahead with an avant-garde perspective of her craft. She will need time to think of other ways to find merry answers to humanity’s woes, to stimulate people to laugh till they can laugh no more! Her kind of comedy will be needed because the reality is that Dawn has a mission to stimulate us to guffaw at our absurdities, yes, but also to resolve our angst and the suffering that can be the human condition. She is certainly not a missionary but she is a message bearer, and the message is – “laugh till you drop!” She will continue in this vein for the rest of her life. Her cheery, amusing face grinning at us from billboards and TV screens, helping us to “get over it”. God bless you Dawn!
